How do I find out what version of FinancialForce PSA is in my environment?
To find out what version of FinancialForce PSA your organization is currently on, follow these steps:
- Go to Setup
- Enter Installed Packages in the Quick Find box
- Select Installed Packages
- From Installed Packages, click on the name of Installed Package called “PS Enterprise.”
- On the PS Enterprise Package Detail page, you will see a field called “Version Name.” The Version Name field lets you know the version of FinancialForce PSA your organization is currently on.
How do I find out what the latest version and features are for FinancialForce PSA?
To find out what the latest FinancialForce PSA version is and what features are included go to the FinancialForce Xtra site under the Upgrade process section.
