If you use tasks on your projects, you most likely also use the Task Grid or Worksheet option to quickly create or update multiple tasks at once. Your system administrator sets up the columns displayed on the Worksheet but depending on your job or role when using OpenAir, you may need to access only a subset of those fields. How can you customize the Worksheet like other pages within OpenAir?

By contacting OpenAir Support, you can enable an option to allow user customization of the Task grid layout. When enabled, a customize option will appear in the bottom strip of the web page.

This will allow each person to customize the Worksheet to be specific to what they require to perform their job. You will need to make sure users select any required fields by providing guidance in a in order to ensure any changes to tasks allows a save without error messages.
