Schedule Report Contact Creation Automation
Have a need to automatically email a report to someone from OpenAir that isn't be able to run report themselves directly? This script automatically creates a mirror contact record for new users of OpenAir to support report scheduling to contacts instead of requiring report sharing to occur.
Technical Description
When a new OA user is added, this form script adds the user as a "contact" on the default company's client, allowing it to be used as a contact for the purposes of report distribution.
Dependencies
All new users will create a contact. Inactivation or updates of the user record does not change the created contact record. Contact names are copied from the user demographics form.
