When a project moves to a designated project stage representing a project is closed this OpenAir script will save time and help you adhere to your project closeout policies and ensure all tasks and rules associated with the project are also closed and inactivated, respectively. 

Technical Details 

This form script will automatically ensure all project entities are closed or inactivated when a project owner closes a project

• Close all project tasks
• Prevent billing and revenue rules from running
• Prevent time and expenses from being added
