Fixed Fee Revenue Split By User
Fixed fee or % complete generated revenue is associated with a single user natively. With this script, revenue can be split across the users contributing to the revenue earning based on approved timesheet hours. The result - reportable revenue by user!
Technical Description
This scheduled script splits fixed fee revenue transactions into one transaction per user based on the percentage of hours they entered on the project for the month
Dependencies
A project must be designated to hold the original revenue transaction as a control for the split transaction generation. Split processing relies on a designated date field and defined period to determine user contribution (i.e. accounting date determines the month - script looks up all hours for that month).
