Project Closure And Reopen Automation
When a project moves to a designated project stage representing a project is closed, all tasks and rules associated with the project are also closed and inactivated, respectively. If the project is moved out of the closed stage, the script reopens all tasks and activates all rules on the project automatically.
Technical Description
This form script reads the project stage and closes tasks if the project is in the Work Complete or Final Billing Completed stages and re-opens tasks that are in any other project stage.
Dependencies
All tasks and rules will be reopened/reactivated with this script, even if certain tasks or rules may have been closed/inactive manually prior to the project closure. Project stage update must be done from the project properties form.
